We’re very happy we’ve been invited to participate in courses at University of Massachusetts (Amherst, US) and McGill University (Montreal, Canada) to discuss data justice with students there.
On Tuesday 25th September, Arne Hintz joined (remotely) a session of the graduate course ‘Internet Governance & Information Policy’, taught by Prof Martha Fuentes-Bautista. His presentation of the concept of data justice was followed by an interesting discussion with students on the governance implications of data justice and possibilities for public intervention.
Next week, Tuesday 2nd October, he’ll be off (remotely, again) to McGill University to join a session of the course ‘Advanced Issues in Media Governance: Internet Governance from a Social Justice Perspective’, taught by Prof Becky Lentz.
