On 10 December, Data Justice Lab Co-Director Arne Hintz participated in a workshop on Artifcial intelligence and civil society participation in policy-making processes, hosted by the democracies.ai project at University of Geneva. Drawing from research findings of the current project Towards Democratic Auditing: Civic Participation in the Scoring Society, he gave a presentation on Citizen Juries on AI: Participatory Policy for the Datafied Society.
Previously, on 25 November, he delivered an online guest lecture at University of Calgary, Canada, on Digital Citizenship in the Age of Automation.
