We are delighted to have been provided an award as part of the ESPRC-funded Not Equal network for a short project that will look at ways to advance data justice in the context of the Welsh Government’s Future Generations Act. For the project, we will work with the Future Generations Commissioner’s Office to explore data justice concerns in relation to public engagement, public procurement and data governance. Based on document and policy analysis as well as interviews with stakeholders, the project will identify key recommendations in relation to each of these three areas. The project will be lead by DJL Co-Director Lina Dencik together with Jessica Brand.
