As mentioned during the recent Data Justice conference, following the success of the special issue from the first Data Justice conference we have organised a special issue with the International Journal of Communication (IJoC) based on the conference proceedings on the theme of ‘Civic Participation in the Datafied Society’. This call is open to all presenters at the conference, from both the live programme and the pre-recorded programme. Details are below:

Abstract submission (500 words): 30 June 2021

Notification of acceptance: 16 July 2021

Full paper submission (8000 words): 20 September 2021

Publication of special issue: Summer 2022
